About CCA

We're based in Perth and we've spent our careers in this industry, which is why CCA exists. Most HR and career support falls down in one of two ways. The big consultancies hand you a process but none of the context that makes it work, and a lot of other providers will fix the thing in front of them without ever looking at what caused it. Neither of those is much use if you actually want the problem to stay solved, and neither tends to reflect how employment works on the ground for Australian businesses and the people they hire.

We've been on both sides of this. Employers and employees, recruiters and job seekers. We've done the hiring, sat through the exits, had the awkward conversations nobody wants, and made the career calls that don't have an obvious right answer. So when we give you advice, it's coming from people who've actually had to live with the consequences of that kind of advice. One-off job or ongoing, doesn't matter, you get the same thinking behind it.
